Our Pledge Manager is open for about a month after it opens, providing a tool for refining your main Pledge Level selection, selecting add-ons, and very importantly, adding contact information.  After approximately a month,  we "lock down" our Pledge Manager to "self service" (except for address changes).  The reason we lock down early is to facilitate production.  We need to assess production numbers fairly early so that we allow the factory sufficient time to plan and execute production.  If we wait too long, it creates delays.  Once we get 90+% of orders locked, it’s easy to help individuals manually without affecting our overall needs, and we are always happy to help.
