From the time we launch the Pledge Manager until the time we lock the Pledge Manager down, backers may change their orders at any time. If you have completed your order, it is automatically "locked," but you are able to unlock the order and change it until the time when we lock down the Pledge Manager.
If you need to change your order AFTER the Pledge Manager has been locked down, you may contact us at customersupport@dwarvenforge.com with your request and we will do our best to help.
Please be aware that we lock down the Pledge Manager in order to manage the orders for production purposes. Because backers pay up-front for their orders, the lock down ensures that we produce enough sets to fulfill each backer's order. We may have a little wiggle room, so don't hesitate to ask for order changes after the lock down, but we ask for your understanding if we are unable to comply.
